Fruit Bowl Oatmeal
When you are on a fast track every morning, a bowl of warm, hearty and delicious oatmeal is quick and can bulk up the nutrition you need to keep yourself energetic.
Ingredients:
Quick Oats 40g
Blueberries 10g
Rashberries 5g
Strawberries 5g
Kiwi 8g
Instructions:
Bring the water to boil, and add Quick Oats until it become soft and thick
Add fresh skimmed milk or soy milk and bring it to boil again
Transfer hot oatmeal into a bowl.
Top with blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries and kiwis
Sprinkle with Otelia shelled flax
Enjoy immediately
* You may make your own variation according to what you have on hand: dates, dried apricots, chia seeds, fresh apples.
* If you think it's too rush to cook oatmeal every morning, you may have the oatmeal cooked the night before. Next morning, you just need to add some water or milk before you microwave it. Drop some fresh or dried berry and Otelia Shell Flax Seed upon having the hot oatmeal.
