Steamed Oat Rice
It's a smart way to make your regular rice bowl more nutritious and tasty. No need to pre-soak or rinse, oat rice provides more soluble fibre, protein than regular white rice.
Ingredients:
Otelia Oat Rice 1 cup
Regular white rice 2 cups
Instructions:
Cook as the same way as any regular white rice
Add 1 cup of Oat Rice and mix with 2 cups of regular white rice
Cook the mixed rice by following your rice cooker instructions
Adjust the ratio of Oat Rice, white rice and amount of water, or mix with other healthy grains to suit your preferences
